Church Planting Ministry

“the churches …were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied.” Acts 8:31

Church multiplication is a part of the biblical plan to spread the gospel.  We believe that it is vital that we take part in reproducing our church to reach other areas of England with the Gospel.  God has provided opportunities for us to begin ministries in two major cities in England.  

First of all, God led Derrick Morlan, an American man who took part in the ministry with us here at Beeches Road in 2007, to take the responsibility of starting a church in Oxford in March 2010.  God is using this man and his family to reach many people in Oxford.  We rejoice that God has allowed us to be a part in the beginning of this church plant. 

Secondly, the Lord has given us the opportunity to begin a children's Bible club and to begin teaching an English class in a lovely facility located in the city of Brighton in October 2011. 

Please pray for the members of Beeches Road Baptist Chapel as they take part in both of these ministries in Oxford and Brighton.  It is our prayer that these would be the first of many churches that we could have a part in starting throughout the UK, and around the world!
